MBA is a specialist consulting firm focussing on business improvement consultancy, HR and recruitment services within the private sector. We tackle the big issues of people and performance advising on the fundamental questions of business strategy and the detailed questions surrounding profit and cash generation.
The founding partners have a wealth of experience at line management and director level within the building materials, fenestration and automotive industries.
Before establishing MBA in 1999, they had been users of professional services for consultancy, recruitment and other HR services whilst employed in businesses similar to many of their present day customers. These experiences have been drawn upon to develop and grow a professional services business model designed to add value - tangibly.
